My 1st visit. I made an 8:00am appointment for an oil change. I was on time, my check-in paperwork time stamped at 8:11. At 9:03am I see my truck pass by the waiting room window, assuming it was done, I change. I was on time, my check-in paperwork time stamped at 8:11. At 9:03am I see my truck pass by the waiting room window, assuming it was done, I expected to be called to the cashiers window. After a few minutes I looked outside to see my truck in the shop. I assumed they were just doing the final steps of inspection. About 15 min later, my truck is still sitting in the shop...not lifted up, no hood opened. I ask my advisor if my truck is done and he says “they’re doing the oil change right now”...by now it’s 9:43 and they’re JUST doing the oil change!? Now I’m late for my tire appointment and so my advisor tells me “they’re putting a rush on it”. At 9:52 (I know exact times because I’m texting my husband along the way) my advisor tells me “they’re finishing the paperwork, it’ll be just a couple minutes”. I ask if they did the courtesy wash, he said “oh you want the wash?” I said “yes, I would like the courtesy wash”. Well apparently that took another 30 minutes because I was not called to the cashier window until 10:03 and still waited outside until they finally brought the truck around. First I was told they were doing a hand wash because of the antennas, and that’s why it was taking longer, but when he brought the truck, he said the car wash broke off one of the antennas?!?! Which wash did they give? They said they’ll install a new one, so no big deal there, but that requires me to make another appointment. Bottom line: I left at 10:16 for a scheduled 8:00am simple oil change. Will I go back again for service? No. More
