WARNING! !! Had a fuel injector return line go bad on my 2019 F-350 when returning to Lubbock. I googled Ford Dealerships near me and found Mainer Ford of Bris !! Had a fuel injector return line go bad on my 2019 F-350 when returning to Lubbock. I googled Ford Dealerships near me and found Mainer Ford of Bristow. I called them to see if they could fix the problem and they said yes, they have Ford Authorized Mechanics. They replaced the high pressure line and when I asked them to check if this was covered under warranty, they said "no, Ford does not cover hoses." I then paid them almost $1100 and drove home. Less than 3 months later, the line blows near San Angelo Texas. Jim Bass Ford replaced the line for no charge under my powertrain warranty. I called Mainer and was advised that quote "we are not an authorized Ford dealership. We can't perform Ford warranty work." They misrepresented themselves, as they are still doing on this page, as Mainer Ford of Bristow. So they took my $1100 and couldn't even fix it to last 3 months. Thanks for the lies and sub-standard work. I am glad I had the rework done by an honest AUTHORIZED Ford shop in Texas this time. More

We bought a 2022 Ford Edge from Chris Batey at Mainer Ford. Chris made us feel so comfortable. Chris knew the product completely and answered all our questions. I recently bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from them. Overall, the buying process was great. We got the whole process done in about 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. Everything went smooth and they were very understanding and helped us out where they could. However, communication was a little bit of an issue. We did not get to test drive the car before we bought it due to it needing a valve cover replacement. That also meant we didn’t get to take it home the day of purchase. We put all our chips in the basket with buying and not test driving. The car drives great, thankfully. Once I got home, I noticed there were a few minor issues. There was no SD card installed for the Navigation System. I have since called about that and still have no answer on that. There was a parking light out. Small issue, but should’ve been checked before selling the car. The plastic covering the speedometer has streaks all over it on the inside. Again, small issue, but it had to of been noticed before I left with the car so I’m not sure how that didn’t get cleaned. We did not get the key code to the door. I was told I’d have the code texted to me, that was almost 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. All of these things were minor issues, but those issues still make this process a little frustrating. But I feel the most frustrating was driving off the lot to realize they left me with an almost empty tank. I barely made it to Drumright. I felt like since I just spent a ton of money with them, the least they could do was fill the gas tank, as well as making sure the car was inspected fully inside and out and ready to go. Since it wasn’t, I now have to waste gas and drive another hour and back to fix all these issues. It has been a frustrating process, but Chris made the process of buying more than easy and overall a decent experience. More
