Before writing this review, I wanted to let the “awe” of a new vehicle wear off to give a more accurate representation of my experience at McGuire’s F Before writing this review, I wanted to let the “awe” of a new vehicle wear off to give a more accurate representation of my experience at McGuire’s Ford. Let me start by saying I have been a General Motors (GM) owner for well over ten years, only owning a Ford vehicle for a short amount of time prior to owning a GM. I decided to contact McGuire’s because of a vehicle they had on their lot that was within my budget. I was skeptical contacting them because of the unwillingness of other dealers near my home to contact me or follow through with a price quote. I contacted McGuire’s late on a Tuesday afternoon and received an immediate response from one of the friendly sales staff members. I explained what I was looking for and explained my financial requirements. Shortly after I was contacted by Mark from sales, who introduced me to both himself and Jose. Between both of these fine gentlemen, they were able to put me in the perfect (and I mean perfect) vehicle that suits me with absolutely no sales pressure! Mark and Jose were attentive to my questions, making me feel that I was in good hands. These gentlemen were able to get me approved for the vehicle I chose and worked toward a delivery date. Due to my work schedule, Jose was able to work with my limited free time to get me into my new vehicle as quickly as possible. I arrived at the dealership on that Thursday afternoon, with first glimpse of “wow”. The dealership is modest enough to not feel overwhelmed with vehicle selection, but just large enough to have the convenience of a golf cart for easy transportation. Walking into the showroom I was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist, who brought Jose to me. Speeding up the story, Jose and the staff at McGuire’s made the paperwork process simple…. And quick! Attention to detail was provided regarding selecting appropriate ‘add on’ services to ensure my new vehicle is protected. After signing, Jose spent enough time to go over every single feature of my new Explorer, right down to ensuring my phone was connected to provide E-911 services should I be involved in an accident. We adjusted seats, radio, lighting settings…. We did it all. Never once did I feel a burden or that I was being rushed. At the end of the tutorial (more of a lesson), I was ready to leave the sales lot confident in the operation of my new vehicle. In conclusion, I never thought it was possible to find a car dealer that had the “family” feel. Coming from small-town-America, that comfortable feeling with a bit of joking and meeting everyone in the dealership emphasized their commitment to customer service at McGuire’s. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle, regardless of your manufacturer preferences to visit McGuire’s Ford & Lincoln. Take a tour, meet their staff, and explore what Ford has to offer. All that I ask is that you request Jose to be your salesman. I can attest that he will take the utmost care of you and will leave you with a lasting positive impact made on your vehicle purchase. More

Pennsylvania was still under corvid-19 stay at home orders, so waiting for the car (routine inspection/oil change) was not possible. Corvid-19 precautions were taken seriously: wearing masks, plexiglass barriers at interior checkins, checkin desks roped to 6' social distancing. They took payment over the phone and left everything inside the car for pickup -- no going indoors. Service was done in a timely manner within 24 hours. I'm satisfied. More
