Great follow up Service I bought a 2015 Explorer from here and had it Pinstriped. My kid accidentally nicked the stripe and it torn away. I stopped by while i was in the area to see if they could help. Met with Jeremy Jorda, who got Daryl Groff to come out and look at it. He matched it and put a new piece on the door. When i asked about how much, he said N/C. It goes to show you that good service doesn't fade away at this dealership. Lease removal, Focus RS purchase Stopped by Maguire's to see how my wife would feel sitting in a Focus Recaro seat--they are narrow! I knew that there were several Focus ST's there. Stopped by Maguire's to see how my wife would feel sitting in a Focus Recaro seat--they are narrow! I knew that there were several Focus ST's there. BUT, when we arrived, there was a Focus RS, a car I had been dreaming getting next summer when the lease ran out on my Taurus SHO. Paul Wheeler came up to us, and when I asked him if we could sit in the car, he promptly got the keys, and ordered us to go for a drive! It was more than I expected---both Paul's action and how the car felt! Like an enclosed F1 car! Then Paul said that he could get Ford to release me from my lease, and lo and behold, two hours later, we drove away in the (probably) last car I will ever purchase (age 71.) I have since interacted with the Parts and Service Dept., and inquired about warranty coverage when/IF I do my usual "addition of aftermarket performance parts" (usually from CJ PonyParts) and was told exactly what could be done to this car while still under warranty. Maguires is all of 5 miles from our home, and it will be VERY convenient for me to take both our Fords there for service. I cannot commend Paul and the Maguires staff more highly---and recommend the dealership to anybody needing (especially) a performance oriented Ford vehicle! They have the "goodies" in stock! More

Far Exceeded Expectations We had been seriously looking for a new Escape for about a week, and could not find something that matched our needs and wants working through our loc We had been seriously looking for a new Escape for about a week, and could not find something that matched our needs and wants working through our local dealer in York. Doing some research online, my wife and I found an almost exact match to what we wanted at Maguire's of Hershey. We decided to go up on a weeknight, and got there about 6 pm. We had never been here before, and was blown away by the personal attention we received immediately. Billy Bragg greeted us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find what we needed. We test drove the car, knew we wanted it, and proceeded to make a deal that was far under the price that was offered to us by the dealer in York. During the haggling process (which I should say was the easiest one I've ever been a part of) we met Ted Gilmartin, the sales manager. He also seemed genuinely interested in us and very friendly. I can't tell you how many times we were offered water or tea or coffee throughout this whole process. Online, Maguire's hours are listed as being open until 8 pm. We were finalizing the financing paperwork at 9 pm, and Billy was still there waiting for us so that he could show us all the features of our new car, connecting my wife's phone to the Escape, and we didn't leave there until 945 at night, and only after Billy was certain we didn't have any more questions that he could answer. Maguire's went above and beyond what I ever expected from a car dealership. It's well worth the drive, and you won't be disappointed with the sales and service you will get there. More
