Just looking I was in need of a car within 2 weeks. My car was not passing inspection. I already had an Escape and loved it, so that is what I wanted. They gave me a fair market trade value on my Lincoln and did not pressure me into any purchase. The Edge was also fairly priced, especially since it was certified pre-owned. They answered all my questions and were patient during my decision making process. Morgan was super helpful with test driving, discussing payment options & reviewing the various controls/settings on the Edge. He even linked up my phone with the car before I left the lot post-purchase. He also called to follow up after a few days to answer any questions I may have had.
