I called and made an appointment to have my car serviced. I requested an 80,000 mile check-up, a NYS inspection, and to have the dome light looked at. The dome light had been a problem and I already had it fixed once. That lasted about a month, and then it broke again. So they looked at it again and said they needed a part to fix it. They ordered the part and would call me when it came in. Six months went by, no call. So I still need the dome light fixed, plus the other items. The low tire indicator light came on after I made the appointment. I dropped off the car the night before the appointment. I realized that I had 85,000 on the car so I put on the request sheet 85,000 mile check-up, NYS inspection, and the dome light. I forgot to include the low tire indicator. Next day they called and spoke to my husband and wanted to know if I wanted an oil change. They also told him that the dome light was just in the off position. He told them that I had been having issues with the dorm light and that maybe it was an interment issue. They promised to look at it again. They called later that day to say the car was ready. When I got there they said the dome light was in the off position. I said I was not stupid and that there was a problem. No problem was found they said. So I went to my car, opened the door and the dome light did NOT come on. So back to the service desk I went. Explained that the dome light was not working. The service guy went out and touched the light and it came on. So as long as you press it the light works. So they have to order a part… Haven’t I heard this before… Started up the car, and the low tire indicator was still on. By now I was tired on walking back and forth. Took the car to a tire shop and the valve steam was bad. More

I dropped my truck the evening before to have Toyota service, a recall and to have the front brake squeal looked at. I had to call and check the status one hour before closing because at that point in t service, a recall and to have the front brake squeal looked at. I had to call and check the status one hour before closing because at that point in the day I hadn’t heard anything. I didn’t not receive my truck till 20 minutes after close and the brake squeal wasn’t even addressed. Even though there is a service bulletin for that. They claimed the mechanic couldn’t replicate it. I hear it multiple time a day everyday. Now I have to reschedule to have it addressed again hoping that the mechanic replicates it. It’s unacceptable to tie up my vehicle for two days to repair something that Toyota is aware of. I believe the shop was over booked abd they didn’t even try to fix the brakes because they ran out of time More

The dealership clean and the staff was friendly. Guests need to have the option to turn down the TV in the guest waiting area. The TV was on, it was too loud.
