Maguire Toyota of Grand Island - Service Center

I took my vehicle in for service told them what the problem was , they seen the problem but was told I only needed a "Wheel Alignment " obviously that wasn't the problem because I still have the same problem was , they seen the problem but was told I only needed a "Wheel Alignment " obviously that wasn't the problem because I still have the same problem and wasted my Time and Money on a Wheel Alignment so now I have to take it to another Service Shop to a real Mechanic, With this changing over to a new Company is not to a good start with with me.. Not A Happy Customer More

I have used this dealership for a couple of years for my Toyota this will most likely be my last visit there the wait time has gotten worse each visit thus one was the worst took two hours for just a nys in Toyota this will most likely be my last visit there the wait time has gotten worse each visit thus one was the worst took two hours for just a nys inspection. And oil change and they did not complete all the services I asked for so left my service visit incomplete. Very inefficient when I made an appoint in advance I now have to make another appointment with another dealership to complete what in originally asked for truly my worst experience in a dealer shop I own 2 gmcs. And take them to Lockport there service makes Maguire Toyota look like a defunct dealership on there way to closing down More
