I would never recommend anyone going to Maguire Toyota of Grand Island NY for any sort of service , One of the worst service department I have ever experience in my life. Just be careful when you get your s Grand Island NY for any sort of service , One of the worst service department I have ever experience in my life. Just be careful when you get your service at Maguire Toyota specially dealing with Christian Ferullo he quoted me 2 hours of labor for install a Running boards on 2023 Toyota Tundra which was just bolts and Toyota OEM product and the job was done in 30 mins ,I was watching them doing the job and when I asked them a question why are you overcharging me for 1.5 hours when the complete install took 30 mins he got very upset and started getting personal and started raising his voice. Purposely he keep the car outside parked and made the bill after 20 .My bill say the total number of hour was 1 and he charged me extra for 1 hour. More
