The communication about the appointment time and service was not well recorded. I had put down 9:15 and they had 10, but I received no confirmation. Then they were not clear why I was there when I dropped i was not well recorded. I had put down 9:15 and they had 10, but I received no confirmation. Then they were not clear why I was there when I dropped it off. He did not hang up the phone when debriefing. He just pointed at the line to sign and where my car was parked. Service times and features have been inconsistent. Last time my car was washed, but not this time. This time they were a lot quicker in performing the service. More

Ever since the switch from fuccillo my experience has declined... I miss the customer service and attention to detail I used to receive...
