I've been very disappointed with my last few service appointments. Twice I had to come back without any work being done. One of those they had the vehicle for 3 hours before I was called and asked to le appointments. Twice I had to come back without any work being done. One of those they had the vehicle for 3 hours before I was called and asked to leave it, which I couldn't and had to come back a few days later. Another appointment, oil change/tire rotation waited for 2 hours. Another appointment, A tire leak issue took over 2 1/2 hours. The tire mechanic thought it was low and improper air, I had to point out and said NO It's leaking and all my previous leak issues were related to the valve stem/sensor. which I pointed out the previous issues when I came in. For routine services they are failing and appointments times doesn't mean much if they can't get the work done in a decent amount of time. I miss the Fucillo Service Department, I Never had any issues like this and routine service was done way quicker than than now. They need more mechanics and longer hours to get all the work done. More

I wish they still overs resist all undercoating, paint protectant, rust proofing, carpet and upholstery protectant like Fuccillo use to.
