Let's just say that communication between the sales agent, myself, and the service department were not good. Also, I was spoken to in a manner I did not care for a most likely lied to as to what was do agent, myself, and the service department were not good. Used to love this dealership Wait has become incredibly long , scheduled an oil change 3 weeks out , it took almost 3 hours . The last time I was here for an oil change took all day I also get told by m long , scheduled an oil change 3 weeks out , it took almost 3 hours . The last time I was here for an oil change took all day I also get told by mechanics , and service technicians all different stories of what I need done with my car . Not consistent messaging Have last trust in your service department Took my car to 2 separate dealerships and they told me i didn’t need the work done that this dealership told me I needed .
