How is the email I was sent from Tom Fogarty when he was replaced as GM of Grand Island? Seems that attention to detail is lacking with Maguire. In the 2:15 I waited for only an oil change the new gm (of a newly acquired location) passed me a minimum of 3 times and never took the time to either say hi or inquire why I was still sitting in the waiting room.
