Everything was ready as soon as I arrived, and not only was the service done quickly while I waited, but they took the time out to not just clean the outside of my car, but the inside as well. Charged me $200 to tell me you’re right the torque converter is bad, and the recall is out of date so it will be $3500 to fix it. Talked to a transmission shop that said they would never just change converter is bad, and the recall is out of date so it will be $3500 to fix it. Talked to a transmission shop that said they would never just change the torque converter on a car with that many miles. I guess the dealer just wants me to come back and replace the transmission with them after spending $3500 on the converter. By the way the transmission shop would only charge $300 additional to put in an entire new remanufactured transmission. Really need to reconsider amount this dealer charges for their work More
