I came to Maguure Toyota after being sorely dissapointed by another dealership (I waited 15 months for the vehicle I requested, was ignored, gaslit, and spoken down to repeatedly before abandoning that effo by another dealership (I waited 15 months for the vehicle I requested, was ignored, gaslit, and spoken down to repeatedly before abandoning that effort). Trevon Hopkins listened to my needs, showed me mulitple vehicles to ensure I knew the options on the 2023 vehicles, consulted with Manager Ai to find a solution for my needs, and they gave me options so I had the final say in what would work best for me. Ai was clear regarding the timeline, and in fact I picked up my car in two months, a month before I expected. They were wonderful; knowledgeable, honest, forthright and fun. Trevon gave me updates at every step of the process, and it seemed the whole staff celebrated with me at closing. I love my Rav4 hybrid, it is everything I wanted!
