Service was great, but they washed my vehicle without my permission and I NEVER allow others to wash or take it through car washes. I spent $1,250 to have it ceramic coated and scratch free and now I can n permission and I NEVER allow others to wash or take it through car washes. I spent $1,250 to have it ceramic coated and scratch free and now I can noticeably see all of the spider webs/swirl marks which makes me sick to my stomach as I have kept my truck in pristine condition. I’d love a call back to discuss in further detail if there is anything that can be done as this is my SECOND brand new truck I have bought from your dealership and between my father and I, we have spent close to $150,000 on NEW vehicles.
