The service department employees were friendly, professional, and always patient to listen to the issues we've been having with our Nissan Rogue. After several visits to the dealership and multiple professional, and always patient to listen to the issues we've been having with our Nissan Rogue. After several visits to the dealership and multiple attempts to resolve the problem with our vehicle not starting in cold weather, we were not able to find a solution and they've run out of tests to try. It's left us in a difficult position with only one vehicle that randomly will not start when the temperatures dip below freezing. I understand and appreciate that they tried to resolve the issue, including calling Nissan to ask for suggestions, but I can't give a higher rating when after hundreds of dollars of repairs we are still left with a highly unreliable car during the winters (which are long in New York). More
