This was the 5th straight brand new Nissan that my wife and I have bought at Maguire, and Brayden and Nate H. did nothing to change my high opinion of this dealership. Braydon is the sort of dealer we like. He knows a lot about the car we ended up buying—the Leaf, and is personable and not overbearing. Brayed stayed hours past is shift to make sure I got my car. Awesome service. However I also thought the finance guy Jeremy? What an amazing experience! Brayden was very personable and made my deal happen exactly how I wanted it! The staff were all so kind and I never felt like they were pushing a whole bunch of numbers at me to and made my deal happen exactly how I wanted it! Maguire Nissan worked as a flawless team and did everything they could to get me this vehicle at a price I could handle. They were so nice and patient with me. I contacted Maguire Nissan on Friday, January 28, 2022 about a new vehicle they had on their lot and spoke with salesman Christian who said the vehicle was still available and provided no one purchased th about a new vehicle they had on their lot and spoke with salesman Christian who said the vehicle was still available and provided no one purchased the vehicle in the 90 minutes before closing time, he would hold it for me the next day. I told him we would be there the next morning at 10 am since it was a 2 hour ride for us. After arriving we sat at the salesman’s desk and Christian went through a presentation they have on a flip chart talking about their “up front” pricing and price match guarantee with any other advertised price in New York State. He also went over information on their used car pricing, which wasn’t applicable, and a slide with the 2 owners of the dealerships contact information because they guarantee customer satisfaction. Already knowing we would have to pay the MSRP sticker price due to researching this vehicle and talking to other dealerships, we took the vehicle for a test drive and when we got back to the dealership Christian asked if we wanted the vehicle, we said yes and he said let’s go back inside and work the numbers. After taking our personal information and running a credit check, Christian comes back to his desk with two numbers, one being the MSRP and a second higher number and several different payment options. I told him I didn’t care about the payment I wanted to know what was included in the higher number. He continued to go over the payments and I again said I don’t care about the payment, I want to know what I’m paying for in the higher number. He then says “well as I said on the phone, these vehicles are in high demand and we are charging over MSRP which is what the second number is”. I responded with no, you didn’t tell me that and I wish you did because I wouldn’t have driven 2 hours. He said ok so if I can get you this vehicle for MSRP you will buy it today and we responded yes. He leaves and comes back to say basically that if we ever want to buy a vehicle he would welcome our business. I left angry and told him he completely wasted our time. My husband went back in to get the contact info for the owners from their little slide show and the guy in the back came out to say all he could do was offer his apology. Kingston Nissan and Matthews Nissan who are both in NY state are both selling new Nissans for MSRP and are not trying to price gauge customers. I should have known their pricing was dishonest when they purposefully had to put on a slide presentation claiming to have honest and upfront pricing. When a dealership has a full lot and showroom of new vehicles in todays market, it’s a red flag. I would never do business with them. More

Deceit, lies, and fraud. I have never had to beg a dealership to return my calls, texts, or provide even average customer service. Wait, this is a Maguire umbrella dealership so it makes sense that t dealership to return my calls, texts, or provide even average customer service. Wait, this is a Maguire umbrella dealership so it makes sense that they operate this way. Nonetheless, I rarely leave reviews, but other potential buyers need to know that this dealership does not operate under ethical values and integrity is non-existent. Granted, it's a Maguire dealership and shady behavior is to be expected, but even I was taken back with the level of horrific customer service that we experienced. I strongly encourage other potential buyers to look elsewhere. More
