Not only was he unhelpful and rude to me; he was also unhelpful to my husband on the phone and refused to contact our insurance company to confirm the work that was done. This meant we couldn't claim for our replacement wheel or the cost of car rental and are now over $500 out of pocket. We will not be returning to this dealership if we can help it. More
