Took over a month to replace a key and diagnose a wheel bearing issue. Customer service wasn’t great and I got a cheaper deal replacing the wheel bearing somewhere else. You’d think they would’ve given a d bearing issue. Customer service wasn’t great and I got a cheaper deal replacing the wheel bearing somewhere else. You’d think they would’ve given a deal considering the amount of time it took. Service does not answer calls regularly. Would not go back unless I had to. Also called a leprechaun by someone in sales as I was walking by for no reason. All I know it was a white male. If I knew exactly who I’d point it out. Very unprofessional overall. Especially for a Hyundai dealership. More
