Wonderful experience shopping for a new vehicle. I felt very much at home with the Maguire Hyundai dealership and drove home in a nice new reliable vehicle based on Andre's help and the young lady Caitlyn who showed me how to use the Bluelink. DO NOT GO HERE! !! THEY LIE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRS, THEY BRUSH YOU OFF IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE RASICT AND TREAT FEMALES TERRIBLE!!! I HAD AN APPOINTM !! THEY LIE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRS, THEY BRUSH YOU OFF IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE RASICT AND TREAT FEMALES TERRIBLE!!! I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY VEHICLE ON OCTOBER 9. IT IS NOW WEEK 3 AND MY VEHICLE IS STILL THERE. I CONSISTENTLY KEPT FOLLOWING UP ON MY VEHICLE STATUS. BOB the service advisor LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN (I HAVE THE RECORDED PHONE CALLS) AND SAID THERE SYSTEM WAS DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS. IT IS CONCERNING THAT A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY SYSTEM IS DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS. I THEN FOLLOWED UP WITH HIS MANAGER JAY AND HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY VEHICLE. HE CAME OFF RUDE AND SEEMS LIKE HE ONLY COLLECTS A CHECK AND HAS NO CLUE WHAT HIS SERVICE ADVISOR IS ADVISING nor cares what he is saying to customers. THEY LIE AND COVER IT UP BY BLAMING IT ON THE CUSTOMER. WHAT HAPPENED TO BEING HONEST AND HAVING INTEGRITY. My first time here and IT WAS THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!! visit was ok, but took a long time. I personally don't believe that a 3 year old car with only 20k miles on it had such dirty battery coolant it required 3 flushes to get it clean.
