Worst dealership I’ve been to! While purchasing the vehicle the secretary had all my paperwork wrong ,,, wrong amount…wrong address,,, misspelled my name, it was a disaster! When I While purchasing the vehicle the secretary had all my paperwork wrong ,,, wrong amount…wrong address,,, misspelled my name, it was a disaster! When I sent to back to be fixed she messed it up again !The truck started off with a bad transmission on the first few days and now bad starter button within 20,000 miles ,the truck sat there for days because no one could start it and the wouldn’t tow it to a dodge dealership… we disconnected the battery to shut it off and service calls me to say the truck wouldn’t start and we needed a battery… really? How about if you look u see the hood and connect the battery up?! Service sucks! Never again will I buy a vehicle from there nor recommend someone! More
