We moved out of state and came back to sell a car we left behind. I heard from a friend that Maguire's was buying used cars to fill their inventory so I called them. It had no plates on it but he came out and met us at my son 's house to evaluate the car before we took it to into the dealeship. He went the extra mile on taking care of us for sure!!! Our car was older with low miles and some front hood damage so they had to send it to auction, but he still bought it from us and was a huge help to us!! Since DMV in NY is by appointment we couldn't register it and bring it home. We only had one day to get done. Colby got us set up and out in 3 hours we had a check cut in time to take it to the bank before closing. If that's how they treat people who are not making them a profit, I can only imagine how well they treat new car buyers!!! More
On September 16, I left my car at the Ithaca Maguire Hyundai Service Center because of the noise from the steering wheel. I was told I would have to wait for it a day but It took 2 weeks total. A week ago, on September 20, I was told that the car had been damaged by them and they left my car in the body shop. The service center accidentally damaged the driver's door and repaired it, not replaced it. The dealership repaired the car at the dealership's body shop. Please check Attached Photo with an estimate and invoice. I was informed yesterday that the 28th September, repair was complete and that I could take my car with me and I went to pick up the car. I felt very bad about repairing the door of a two-month-old car, rather than replaced. I was dissatisfied with the simple repair of a two-month-old car that was almost a new car, not even a one year old car. However, I tried to understand, because the dealer is responsible and repaired. I got the car and checked the seat on the driver's side, which was quite contaminated. Please check with this photo as well. I asked the service center about the service, and the service center told us that they would have to clean the car. After getting back into the car, I was so annoyed. The contaminated driver's seat was a little clean, but this time the chair was damaged as the photo showed, the left side of the sheet was torn. I couldn't leave the car at this dealer shop anymore, so I brought the car at home. I was very displeased and disappointed with the Hyundai Service. I bought Hyundai, a Korean brand, because I'm Korean, and now, I am so disappointed. Please concern my situation, and please take action. More

Another great experience at Maguire with Meggan! I purchased my first car at Maguire a couple years ago, and had great service from Meggan, so after an accident and an immediate need for a new vehicl I purchased my first car at Maguire a couple years ago, and had great service from Meggan, so after an accident and an immediate need for a new vehicle, it was a given that we would go back to Maguire, and to Meggan specifically! She helped me get an even better vehicle than I was expecting, and she stayed all day to get us on the road in our new car that same day (we were just going to see what our options were). I just can’t say enough about Meggan - we appreciate her so much and will absolutely go back to her for our next vehicles. Such a wonderful experience! More
