Same great service I have always received. We needed five vehicles serviced and they were rotated in and out like clockwork. Love the extra attention (picking up a clean vehicle). Good service department but not a Ford dealer anymore. You’ll find every kind of car there for sale which we personally do not like. We bought our vehicles and had them serviced at Shepard Ford because You’ll find every kind of car there for sale which we personally do not like. We bought our vehicles and had them serviced at Shepard Ford because of the independent small town dealership appeal. That’s gone now as Maguire continues to gobble up smaller dealerships. I just hope the people in the service department can ride out the storm with all the new changes being thrown at them. Time will tell! More
