Mark needs to listen to what the customer wants, not what he wants them to have.. he never asked me what mileage I wanted and he made the deal for 7500 miles with out asking me. I came in originally last fall to buy out the lease on my Ford Escape. While I was there, I mentioned to Justin how “someday” I wanted to buy a full size Bronco. Within that same week, he made sure that I wa Ford Escape. While I was there, I mentioned to Justin how “someday” I wanted to buy a full size Bronco. Within that same week, he made sure that I was able to test drive one and spent time to ask me exactly what I would be looking for as far as packages, accessories, color, etc. all while giving me advice on different aspects of the car. Being that the Bronco had limited availability, Justin placed me on a notification list for when the dealership would have some Broncos coming in. Not even 2 months later, Justin called me to let me know a Bronco would be coming in with almost the exact specifications I was looking for! He asked me if I felt ready to purchase and walked me through what the finances would look like. He even sent in a request to the manufacturer to change the color to the one I wanted. By March, the Bronco arrived! Justin took no shortcuts in helping me through the purchasing process and made sure that I knew all of the tricks and functions of the car the day I took it home. He also helped me purchase door bags (which I didn’t know were a thing) to make taking the doors off easier when I wanted to do so. Justin is a sociable, knowledgeable salesman who listens to your needs and wants so he can make sure he gets you in the right car for you. This process was made so much easier and more enjoyable for me because of him! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. More
