Dissapointed. I purchase my vehicle through Maguire and Dissapointed. I purchase my vehicle through Maguire and when I came to the garage to find out why my brand new car was having break problems I was c Dissapointed. I purchase my vehicle through Maguire and when I came to the garage to find out why my brand new car was having break problems I was charged $39.99 to be told I needed roughly $500 new brakes. Also despite still being under manufacture warrantee, I was liable. I wont be purchasing another car because to me, there is 0 benefit of doing so. The free car wash in the pouring rain felt like a sugar coating. I purchased the parts and replaced my breaks and rotars by myself for less than $200. A 2018 vehicle with less than 10k miles on it and it needed new breaks and rotars and the service team did nothing for me except charge me for a brake inspection that I could have gotten done in my town for less money. I thought there would be a benefit to being a customer that bought a car when it came to service and maintenance and I was beyond disappointed. I drove up to Ithaca after calling and being reassured any brake issues would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and asking if there was a charge for my car to be looked at and was told no, only to be charged when I got there. The inner right brake pad was almost completely worn through while the other 3 were minimally worn. That was not just general wear. I voiced these concerns and was waived off because "we live in new york, that's just what happens to cars". After, not even seeing two complete winters, or 10k miles the one pad, and both rotars were in horrible shape for a car I purchased less than 8 months ago. The girl at the desk was pleasant and decent enough to tell me to get a second opinion and not get the work done there which I did not and I saved myself well over $300 so shes the sole reason I'm giving maguire two stars. Lesson learned, there is little to no benefit is purchasing a car with Maguire. More

Due to the fact that the repair was going to take 5 1/2 hours she arranged for the courtesy v The service writer provided me with outstanding service. Due to the fact that the repair was going to take 5 1/2 hours she arranged for the courtesy van to take me home while the service was conducted even though I lived over 20 miles away. She was very courteous and was genuinely concerned for my welfare. More
