The service department accommodated me by letting me drop my trailer in their lot, and was able to get my truck serviced in less than 3 hours! Great service! Wonderful experience! I highly recommend Maguire Ford More

The calltaker said that they could take it the next day, get it done that day, and give me a ride back in the morning and a ride down to pick it up in the afternoon. Told to bring the truck in around 8:30 AM. Arrived at 8:15 AM checked in, and was told I'd get a call when it was done. A very nice young man gave me a ride back. He told me to be sure to call for a return ride by mid afternoon since he finished work at 4:30. This part went very well. Now the not so good. By 3 PM there had not been a call. I called down there between 3 and 3:30 for an update, and the gentleman who took my call said that they had not yet started on the truck. I asked if it would be done and he assured me that it would. He said that he would call me when it was done. I asked for a pickup, so I could be there to wait, and was told that it was not possible. The gentleman said he was there until 5:30 and that the sales staff was there until 8. I figured I'd ask my wife to drive me down to pick it up when she got home from work. 5:30 comes, no call. 8:00 comes, no call. Next morning I call down there about 10:30. A young woman said to me "it was done yesterday" and continues on to say "and we talked to someone about it that afternoon". I told her that the afternoon call was me and that their people said that the truck hadn't been looked at. "Not possible" to get a ride. I get one of the chiefs to bring me down to pick it up. We have an account with Maguire. The young woman and the desk claimed that there was no account and that I would have to pay her for the work. My chief was waiting outside, just in case, and I brought him in. The young woman repeated the same thing to him. He went to the manager who confirmed that we did have an account, gave the young woman the number, and explained that since the account was new (?? we'd been going there for years) that it wasn't on the list at the desk. (My chief related that the same thing had happened some months ago -- how hard is it to update a list?) When I got the paperwork, the inspection report said that it had been completed at 2:26 PM the previous day. Even if they were still working on the oil service when I called the previous afternoon the vehicle would have been ready for pickup that day. Mistakes happen, people aren't perfect. But it seems clear that nobody really cared about getting it right. Further, it would have been costless to them say "sorry about the mixup" and it would have been virtually costless to update the list of accounts. Perhaps they have so much work that they don't care about keeping a long time account? I'm hoping that they actually did do the oil service and didn't just turn off the light. I'm afraid that I don't remember the names of the people with whom I interacted. More
I asked a question about the remote start that my vehicle has on it. They told me they would find out and let me know the following week. Three weeks have passed and I've heard nothing. Good thing there are has on it. They told me they would find out and let me know the following week. Three weeks have passed and I've heard nothing. Good thing there are you tube videos, as that is where I found my answer! When filling out my paperwork, I asked if they wanted my physical address or my mailing address, they said they wanted my physical address.....I reiterated several times to NOT send mail to that address. Lo and behold, I get a phone call from the title department that they needed a good address because the registration that had been sent out to me was returned because they used my physical address. Also, they apparently did not get the paperwork to the finance company (my bank) in a timely manner as I received a call from the bank stating that my payment would be considered a late payment unless I transferred funds as the initial half of the payment was not automatically withdrawn from my account as they told me it would be. This was my first time dealing with this dealership. I don't think that I'll be going back. I've never had these issues with the other dealership that I've dealt with. I ended up at Maguire because they had a vehicle, on the lot, available to purchase without having to wait, that my normal dealer did not. More
After leaving MAGUIRE Chevy on the 11th my truck had a shimmy when I applied the brake assumed it was my brakes / rotors. This time I phoned and made an appointment. The service advisors are so nice an shimmy when I applied the brake assumed it was my brakes / rotors. This time I phoned and made an appointment. The service advisors are so nice and helpful which makes the task of getting your vehicle repaired a bit less painful. However, I was yet again taken aback, I go to pick up my truck 898$ later drive it home and found the shimmy still there. I phoned MAGUIRE Ford I was told that it’s still shimmying because I now need Front brakes and I have a frozen parking break cable . Almost too much! So I asked why wasn’t I told this while I was there ? The service person had just been servicing my truck changing Rear pads and rotors. It’s my fault for not asking the correct questions and assuming way too much. Thank you for your kindness. More

Then I entered the cleanest service department I've ever been in and again greatrd by name. The waiting area was immaculate with comfortable seating, a coffee bar and station to use my laptop with wifi. The work performed was completed and the closing transaction was simple. I'm going to make this dealership my desired one for automotive service and needs from now on. I'll probably purchase my next vehicle there. More
