UNFAIR, TOTAL RIP OFF, NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS BUDGET I was not told that diagnostics costs $120.00/hour when I dropped my car off to be looked at. It would have been helpful to know that up front. Had I known in the beginning I would have had only the important issues addressed, Because no one checked to see if my warranty was active until AFTER the diagnostics went through my whole car I got stuck with an unexpected bill over $500. I had to take that money out of my rent and grocery money for the week. I understand that you need to make money too, but as I said had they checked and told me my warranty was expired and that I would be paying $120.00/hr out of pocket I would have proceeded very differently. Even though I addressed these concerns, no attempt was made to negotiate the total I paid for the diagnostics. Nothing was even repaired on my vehicle!! All you did was look at the door and plug it in to the computer and allegedly that took 4 hours of diagnostic time. Totaling $518.00. I will tell everyone I know not to come to Maguire and will share this terrible experience on Facebook to warn other people. It would be nice if someone offered me at least a partial refund on this insane cost! Someone pleases call or email me with information on who i can contact at Maguire to contest this outrageous bill. I would like to say that Christina Brotherton in service was awesome. She was very pleasant and helpful, but as I stated above, she should have checked to make sure my warranty was valid and warned me that if I chose to proceed I would be billed such an outrageous amount before having them work for "4 hours" on my car. More
Broken Rear Hatch I have a lease with this company. And the Hatch stopped working (will not open), but says it's open. So the safety and security is why I rushed it in. Once there, mechanic said it was a corrosion issue. It had a broken wire too. The only option they had was to place a whole new hatch $1900 dollars worth. I declined. - -Now I have to fix it my self. It just needs to be repined. -Wonderful service desk, but the Nissan mechanics are not being allowed to fix things. I know he could have repined it, if given the time. (Sales guy Pablo, very nice, just didn't know about a lease) More

Great, non-stressful experience. Lauren kept me updated throughout the day and Ken was a super kind van driver, getting me to and from my necessary location without my car. Found a used 2019 Frontier on the Maguire website. After I filled my brain with information about the truck I made the call. Teresa was more than helpful. Quickly I discovered that my research was in vain. I filled my brain with information about the truck I made the call. Teresa was more than helpful. Quickly I discovered that my research was in vain. Since Teresa had answers for my questions at a moments notice. I was able to quickly fall in love with the truck, not being worried about it in getting the best deal or not. My payments fell below where I wanted them, she explained the paperwork to a “T”. It was easy to understand everything that I was signing. Even though I refused a couple of other options it didn’t effect how I was being treated. The store was being heavily renovated, that didn’t seem to effect Teresa. She was focused, professional, and super easy to work with. I would not be writing such a lengthy review if I wasn’t totally blown away with her whole process. I left the store in my ‘new to me’ used truck asking myself “There’s no way it was that easy!”. Highly impressed with Maguire Ford and Teresa. More
