Service was excellent, got my car inspected quick. Service Advisor Lauren was great, already had the paper work ready to go as I walked through the door. Car was in and inspected within 20 minutes. The Technician was also very pleasant and carried out a conversation! Excellent service by both the advisor and technician! 10/10 experience. I would recommend dealing with Lauren for any service needs! Friendly, polite and very detail oriented! Lauren made sure all the information with my vehicle was 100% correct with the technician before I even paid! Great job Lauren and Rob for one of the best auto experiences I have had! More
I don't know how your rating system affects workers, so I am giving 5 stars because I don't want them to suffer for the feedback I provide. My most recent visit occurred during a global pandemic, which means am giving 5 stars because I don't want them to suffer for the feedback I provide. My most recent visit occurred during a global pandemic, which means it had a completely different vibe than normal anyway. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday evening, didn't get a call until after 4pm on Thursday that they didn't get to it that day but they would would call me by noon the following day (Friday). I called at 4:45 on Friday because I never got a call all day and started to worry. I was told that it actually had been looked at yesterday and I was given inaccurate information, but it still needed to be road tested and they weren't sure if they had time left. I couldn't arrange a ride before you closed anyway, but then I had to leave my car through the weekend and make arrangements to travel to and from my essential job and your garage on Monday. I know your shop is busy and I drive a Focus which has all its own problems.... The service culture at Maguire is atrocious. I bring my vehicle only as a last resort or for things that I already know will be covered by warranty. Trying to reach someone in service is an exercise in extreme patience. Voicemails leave out any useful information about progress/status, cost, or diagnostic result; they tend to include only the name of the person and that they're calling about your car. No kidding. I really hope the new service space comes with a renewed commitment to customer service. I currently would never recommend your service shop to a friend or co-worker, I would actively encourage them to avoid if possible. More

My experiences at my dealership has been great I bot my Flex at the dealership and I have all my service at the dealership they have been very responsive to my concerns my only concern has been with Ford t Flex at the dealership and I have all my service at the dealership they have been very responsive to my concerns my only concern has been with Ford they stop making the Flex it has been my truck limo and family vehicle the only alternative is 12 to 20 thousand more dollars More
