The staff is always so kind and helpful! The work was done in a timely manner as they knew I was waiting. The only thing they forgot was the little sticker on my windshield telling me the mileage at whic done in a timely manner as they knew I was waiting. Terrible! Was told on the phone there was a possibility my rotors would be under warranty. After waiting 3 hrs, they charged me to tell me the problem I already knew existed!!!! I received a call that the mechanic had a solution to my unusual problem, so made an appointment. Afyer dropping off my car, I never received a call back about its status. I called and spoke to the original unusual problem, so made an appointment. Afyer dropping off my car, I never received a call back about its status. I called and spoke to the original mechanic, who described what the new mechanic had done: exactly the same thing as the first one. The had not done what they said they would do. They kept the car overnight, and I requeated it be available by noon. Again no call. My husband finally spoke to them and asked them to check the battery and alternator. Both were fine, although they wanted to replace the battery without checking it. I asked for the car back. Not worth the frustration. Oddly, the problem has gone away. More
