We arranged for Tyler to delivery the vehicle 3 days later when the repair was completed. He contacted me when he was supposed to be on his way and then I did not hear from him in 3 hours. I contacted the dealership multiple times and was told that Tyler had left for the evening and my car was never delivered! After many calls to his cell phone, he finally contacted me back stating that he was taking care of another customer and didn't want to lose that sale. I was beyond frustrated to say the least! Finally, he agreed to meet me halfway with my new car at 9:30PM so I did not have to wait another day for them to deliver it. He said he would send me a voucher for a full detail as an apology. After looking over the vehicle that night I noticed that it did not have the floor mats that were previously in it. I contacted Tyler the next day and he said that the detail shop lost them and he would order new ones. One month later and I have yet to see the floor mats or detail voucher! This is the worst experience I've had purchasing a vehicle, no doubt. More

Pretty good service I will definitely come back for service on my Nissan Rogue. Another one of your dealerships (Honda) told me I needed an alignment. Your Nissan dealership took the time to check it out and after an extra long wait, (I was told about an hour....ended up being almost 3), I didn’t need an alignment after all. The service rep was very knowledgeable and excited about the new building...I will definitely chose this dealership to do my service when needed. More
Was given misinformation for my appointment by a service manager who apparently left their employ shortly after. The service tech was unhelpful not even looking into the record of the appointment until pres manager who apparently left their employ shortly after. The service tech was unhelpful not even looking into the record of the appointment until pressured to do so, blaming the former service manager. When they finished with the car he couldn't be bothered to call me saying he "didn't get around to it." Overall unhappy, will avoid dealing with Maguire in the future. More
