I put a low rating because i had an appointment at 9 am. Was there 5 minutes of 9 and was told service wouldn't be started for 1 hour as someone came in at 830 and they had a bay down. An oil change, update Was there 5 minutes of 9 and was told service wouldn't be started for 1 hour as someone came in at 830 and they had a bay down. An oil change, update on a recall and inspection took 2 1/2 hours even though I was told all 3 things could be done at the same time. I got home and looked over the bill. I was charged for 6 quarts of synthetic oil when the most.my car can take is 4.6 quarts. I'll be taking my car to regular mechanic for oil changes and inspections. More

Took me in right on time. Had a time issue and explained to service adviser. He got my car done in just over an hour and I was on my way. My wife and I found a 2018 Ford Escape at Maguire Ford. Matthew Jacobs the sales rep was great, very thorough and upfront. He was able to answer questions and made it a conversation, not a scripted sales pitch. We left Driver's Village in Syracuse as they didn't have their act together and are glad we did. Very unfortunately the car had a check engine light come on on the drive home. Ritchie Scott and Matthew offered to exchange the vehicle and gave no objections. We ran the code and found it to be an O2 sensor - they repaired and restarted the "exchange" policy; sending drivers to Syracuse for pickup and delivery with loaner. The customer service was truly appreciated and we will continue to do business with them and share this experience with any one seeking dealership requests. Thank you for the feeling of confidence, it's amazing to not feel pressure before, during, or after the sale. Great experience all around. More
