One concern: when I made appointment I mentioned a lingering smell after finding g a dead mouse. It was indicated that the cabin filter may need changing which I said ok. At service appointment 3 weeks later, They had to order a cabin filter. So they put the one they found with mouse poop back in. Had to wait another few days & cone back I. To have it changed. Should have had 1 in stock rather than have to order & have me come back after telling them about the problem. Otherwise, have always had a good experience with servicing cars. More
Amazing sales person. Tyler even helped me get everything together for the purchase on his day off. Even my husband who was a salesman at Simmons Rockwell said he was a great salesman. He was helpful but never pushy and he found my dream car right down to the last detail. I didn't expect to get a new car because I was looking at used so i paid a little more than expected. 1000% worth it though. Tyler listened to every word when I told him what I was looking for and in a few days actually found it. Not close but the exact car right down to the last nut and bolt. I can't say enough about what a great car buying experience this was. Thank you again Tyler. Maguire is awesome and i look forward to doing business with you again when my husband gets his truck! Dropped truck off at 11, came back after 1 for an oil change and still wasn't finished. Had to wait another 30 minutes, so at this point 2.5 hours after I dropped the vehicle off. I had my front brakes replaced. When I got the car and drove it for test run, the brake light came on and would not go off. I called and the woman at the service desk informed me I had to make an appoint drove it for test run, the brake light came on and would not go off. I called and the woman at the service desk informed me I had to make an appointment and there would be additional charges since I had not mentioned the break light when I brought the car in for service. She would not budge from this outrageous position. I have not followed though on this yet but I will NEVER use this service department again. More
