I had my truck in to diagnose several problems. Main issue of ticking noise and engine dying on highway on ramps when accelerating was not found. When vehicle was returned to me, they used 9.4 gallons of gas and 147.1 miles on it and litter was left in my truck. There was a empty can of energy drink thrown in the back of the cab. So much for covid cleanliness. Problems were not fixed and reimbursement of excessive fuel consumption was not offered. More

Very disappointed with Maguire’s customer care after having just purchased my car in August and needing a new battery. $360 quote for a new battery is absurd for a car I purchased less than 5 months ago having just purchased my car in August and needing a new battery. $360 quote for a new battery is absurd for a car I purchased less than 5 months ago with 36,000 miles on it, $74 diagnostic fee when I already knew what was needed when I made the appointment. Ended up taking the car to Monro Muffler and paying $160 for a new battery. Saved over $100 even after paying Maguire’s ridiculous diagnostic fee. More
The service I received for the second visit to fix issues was good; however, I brought my car in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and several issues, like alignment, brake pad and rotor deterioration was good; however, I brought my car in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and several issues, like alignment, brake pad and rotor deterioration and a leak in the oil pan were not accounted for in the multi point maintenance inspection, which is greatly disconcerting that the rigor of this process does not address crucial and simple maintenance to a vehicle. I had a much better experience with Maguire than my local dealer/service center Ferrario. The facility was cleaner, I got scheduled much faster, my problem was addressed more quickly, and a loaner car was av dealer/service center Ferrario.
