I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Escape. The Auto Start-Stop feature only worked part of the time.when first purchased. About 2 weeks ago the service dept.put a trickle charge on the battery which helped but only worked about 3 days. Yesterday I brought the car in for service and Praise God the battery was replaced at NO charge! THANKS SO MUCH for the exceptional service and generosity you showed me!! More
