From the time I drove into the service department and Krista met me at my vehicle, To then Krista walking me to Jakkie who assisted me in writing the work order for my tire that had a nail in the tire to Krista met me at my vehicle, To then Krista walking me to Jakkie who assisted me in writing the work order for my tire that had a nail in the tire to then having Shelby the manager getting a replacement tire for my vehicle in a very short timeframe. All this was an excellent experience for me not having an appointment at their location and all this was done in a quick and professional manner. I would definitely refer anyone who lives in the Ithaca NY area to go have their vehicle serviced at that dealership. I give them a 10 out of 10. If my vehicle needs any service and I am in that area, I will definitely be going back to that dealership. More

I like how you just drive under the portico and go inside to check in and wait inside, if you want, for your car to be done. The only thing I don’t like is it’s too cold in there-the A/C.
