Staff was very friendly. However, I had to bring in the car a second time after a first diagnosis/fix proved unsuccessful. Seemed to me like the first diagnosis would have led the mechanic to search for a car a second time after a first diagnosis/fix proved unsuccessful. 2 issues:#1 I was not very pleased with the lack of 2 issues: #1 I was not very pleased with the lack of explanation on what was wrong with the motor on my 2009 F550. After paying the invoice I see tha 2 issues: #1 I was not very pleased with the lack of explanation on what was wrong with the motor on my 2009 F550. After paying the invoice I see that it listed that #4 cylinder had an issue. It would have been nice to get that information. #2 The final paperwork for the truck not only had the wrong year of the truck but the wrong model of the truck. I would like new paperwork that shows the proper year make and model of the truck the work was completed on. More

Damion, and the rest of the staff, went above and beyond any expectations when I recently traded in my vehicle. There was a problem with the title, which was a DMV issue, but still Damion paid the duplicat any expectations when I recently traded in my vehicle. There was a problem with the title, which was a DMV issue, but still Damion paid the duplicate title fee out of his own pocket. Even the title clerk went out of her way to make sure she got everything cleared up at the DMV. Outstanding service, great communication, and amazing people. More
