Went for my last complementary Jeep wave oil change. 20 minutes after I left, I received a phone call that my oil cap was found on a work bench and asked to come back. Sure enough we go out to look and 20 minutes after I left, I received a phone call that my oil cap was found on a work bench and asked to come back. Sure enough we go out to look and the oil cap has been left off. They were also supposed to rotate my tires. I purposely leave one tire one pound low to make sure they get rotated. Lo and behold, my tires are showing in the same position! Every time I walk into this place I feel like they either want to take advantage of me because I’m a female and they think I know nothing about cars or because it’s warranty work they can let things slide. When I called the service manager about this, his answer was “my tech swears up and down he rotated the tires” when I explained to him how I leave one tire one pound low to check this, he had no response. I said IF he rotated them, he STILL forgot to relearn them. The service manager said I will give you a complementary oil change and correct the tires. Please just don’t fill out the survey you will be sent. This survey was his biggest concern. Sorry, but I have absolutely ZERO trust in this dealership! I don’t even know if my oil even got changed! Are my lug nuts even tight enough?? I have also reached out to Jeep themselves about this dealership as this is not my first issue with Maguire Jeep! More

My experience with this dealership was not an enjoyable one. The sales department gave an incredibly lowball initial offer on our trade.
