Our car was delivered quickly (due to extreme heat and no AC in the vehicle we traded). A couple of issues needed to be fixed but since the parts were on order the dealer allowed us to use the new car instead of waiting for it to be fixed. This review is based on the second time our car was delivered. My first review was very positive and so is this one. When the parts for our new to us car came in Maguire came to our house and picked up our new car and left us a rental. When the work was completed they returned our car to us and picked up our rental. The work was 1st RATE! The hood of the car had some paint bubbling. When the car was returned the hood was beautiful. No matter how hard I looked I could not find the fixes. (And I knew where to look.). The car was clean as a whistle, inside and out. Every little detail was covered. We love this car. Christian was a great salesperson to deal with. He kept us informed all along the way, apologized for the delay and assured us he wanted everything to be right. Our car did take a while because of a stubborn radio problem. I feel most dealerships would have said there is no fix, or this is too time consuming to fix. Maguire stuck with the job and got it right. Any one who has ever traced a faulty speaker wire knows what a mess this can be. We appreciate the time they spent fixing this very much. I was also very impressed one day when I called to speak with Christian. He was out and I was connected with his manager. Not only could he answer my question, he also knew the exact status of our car and what was happening with it. Very impressive. Throughout this process both my mom and I had a sense that we had found a reputable, quality, and honest dealership. We will definitely return again, should the need arise.
