I have purchased and had serviced 4 cars from this dealership and always had great service but in the last few years it has gone downhill. This last issue I had to take my 2019 car back 3 times for it dealership and always had great service but in the last few years it has gone downhill. This last issue I had to take my 2019 car back 3 times for it to be completely fixed, with two different towing events. The dealership had my car for at least 15 days of the month with no loaner available. A work rag was also left wadded up next to the battery. Communicating with the desk staff was difficult- they did not pick up the phones when I called throughout the day, the messages were not returned, there were no updates as to how long it would be and they were not really customer service friendly. Maguire- you need to increase your mechanics and desk help. More
