We had several problems during the process of purchasing a vehicle here - •One of the rims on the car had a rubber smudge, caked on. We asked for it to be removed to the best of their ability, they agreed a vehicle here - •One of the rims on the car had a rubber smudge, caked on. We asked for it to be removed to the best of their ability, they agreed and offered to bring the car elsewhere to get it fully removed if they couldn’t do it there. Upon picking it up, the rubber was still there, looked untouched since we had left previously. My husband was able to remove the rubber within 5 minutes at home showing, they must have never even tried. •The car had a strong cigarette smell, which I was okay with so long as they deep cleaned the vehicle to hopefully remove the smell. They said they did, the smell was no better. My husband bought and upholstery steamer and cleaned the ceiling upholstery, the water was completely black. I assume this was not done either. •While driving home we noticed that the wiper fluid spray was really weak. Called them the next morning and they set us up for a service appointment. I brought it in, the tube was just disconnected. When I picked up my car, noticed the tray I keep spare change in was almost completely empty, when it was nearly full with quarters when I dropped it off. I was left with 55 cents in dimes and one nickel. My husband called to report someone had obviously stolen the change, and while the $2+ stolen is not important to us, their ethics are. He was met with a very combative assistant service manager who denied that this ever could have happened, which was disappointing that he never tried to investigate that he may have a dishonest employee. Although I am happy my “new” car, I am unhappy with the service. Will not be returning here in the future. More
I tried to buy a new jeep 2 years ago, and the sales man was not very easy to work with. Nick was much easier to work with, and was really interested in selling me a vehicle. was not very easy to work with. Nick was much easier to work with, and was really interested in selling me a vehicle. More

Worst service dept. , acted extremely unprofessional and acted like there was no issue. 0 stars. I brought my Jeep hybrid to them because I bought it there. Before the b , acted extremely unprofessional and acted like there was no issue. 0 stars. I brought my Jeep hybrid to them because I bought it there. Before the big issue, I had already had an appointment for them to look at the fuel refresh for March 3. While driving to work the check engine light came on and a slew of other error messages. I called them and they stated I should bring it in to have a diagnostic completed, the same day. I tried to move the jeep and it would not start. It was dead. They told me to leave it and they would try to get it in before my original appointment. Well that did not happen and they had my car for 3 weeks. They also stated they could not do a diagnostic on it because it would not start. This was a lie. A flat out lie. On the 3rd they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I said please keep it to make sure. Again they stated there was nothing wrong with it. Another lie. I got the car home and the next day after putting more high octane gas in it, the issue with the fuel refresh started again. I called them up and was treated extremely poorly by the service manager. He pretty much said there was nothing they could do as there is nothing wrong with the Jeep. So I drove it around hoping the fuel refresh would go off and it never did. I did everything I was supposed to and the oil refresh just would not go off. On the 17th, I went out to my car to go to work and guess what, it would not start. Nothing I did would get it to start. I called Chrysler because I already had a case open and stated all the same issues were still there. It would not start. They made arrangements for me to take the car to Drivers Village that week, because there was no way I was going back to Maguire after such extremely poor customer service, this guy at Maguire talked down to me and made me feel like a fool. It was so awful. I knew there was something wrong with this car. I ended up getting the Jeep over to Drivers Village and they were the best service people I have ever dealt with. Not only did they do the diagnostic on my Jeep that would not start but they found so many active issues and stored issues. Also, there was a recall on the Jeep and they got the recall fixed (for the oil refresh). And the electric issues are fixed. There were issues with the wiring. Your people in your service department were the worst group of people. They do not care about the people, they only care about talking down to people and making them feel shamed. I will never have any dealings with Maguire again. This place is the WORST dealership. And no worries, I am telling everyone I know. NO Thank You, Jackie Frost More
