Was pushy and had the "this is what it is take it or leave it attitude". I have worked for huge dealerships three times the size of Maguire CDJR, and no one in the dealer would be as short with customers as he was. I felt rushed and like he didn't care, was just hoping for a sale, and I was just dollar signs to him. Maybe he had an off day, but I felt like he didn't care at all. More

We are extremely disappointed with how our issue was dismissed. We have spent over $150k on new cars in the past two years and have had nothing but issues with service. From an oil change that went bad dismissed. We have spent over $150k on new cars in the past two years and have had nothing but issues with service. From an oil change that went bad (oil filter not tightened and oil leaked everywhere and sprayed all over the inside of our challenger GT) to a run around re faulty tires on a brand new challenger scat pack. It’s terribly unfortunate that another dealer that we have never bought a car from was able to get the tires replaced but this dealer wasn’t. You have lost a lifetime customer as a result. More
