I am very sorry about your service experience. We do provide seat and wheel covers to protect your interior but perhaps the technician that worked on your car chose not to use them. I appreciate the information as I will look into this and educate my technician. We also typically provide a courtesy wash and interior vacuum / disinfect. If this did not happen I would be happy to arrange a complimentary full detail of your car as I really appreciate your business. Unfortunately I can't help with a lifetime warranty on brakes as they are a wear item that go over time and are not typically warrantied for long because of that.
