Eli, I am sorry that you are not 100% satisfied. We do typically have waiter appointments and drop off appointments for your convenience. We have been discouraging people to wait at the dealership just so we can be as safe as possible with Covid limiting how many people are in the building. In regards to the glove box these are unrelated items and I am not sure why the glove box would have even been touched. Either way I am happy to look at the glove box for you to see why it will not close. Feel free to call the dealership and set up an appointment so we can look at it.
