I always feel pressured or judged when I go into the dealer. Wasam legitimately makes you feel human. He doesn’t pressure you into anything. Gladly will make suggestions and will give his opinion when asked. Whatever truck we wanted to check out or test drive, he accommodated our request without any hesitation. The entire buying process felt so simple. The finance manager Joe was absolutely awesome as well. we didn’t like a figure, Wasam and Joe would rework numbers. Not once did we feel as if we were bother them, or consuming too much of their time. Wasam and Joe both came in on their day off to finalize paperwork for our purchase. I even offered to come back on a day that they are working, without hesitation they both said they would be in to make sure we got what we needed. My experience has been nothing short of fantastic.
