On 2/3/21 I called in reference to a used 2019 Ram 1500 stock #XDS3374 listed for $24,999 and spoke with Mark a salesman who confirmed the truck was available and the price being $24,999 and told him I wou stock #XDS3374 listed for $24,999 and spoke with Mark a salesman who confirmed the truck was available and the price being $24,999 and told him I would go on Chrysler Finance and get approved to purchase the truck which I did, took a vacation day to travel 200 miles to buy the truck only to discover by the next day they increased the truck to $34,999 which the Internet Manager blamed on human error, never apologizing and unsympathetic!!! If you ask me they intentionally listed the truck at that price with the intentions of drawing up calls and potential new customers!!! Very poor business practice if you ask me!!! More
