Brought my truck in for torque converter issues which was covered under GM’s powertrain warranty and was told it was just my tires. I’ve been working on vehicles most of my life I can identify the problem fa covered under GM’s powertrain warranty and was told it was just my tires. I’ve been working on vehicles most of my life I can identify the problem fairly quick to be told my torque converter shuddering is due to chopped tires and bad shocks was actually tells me they didn’t even try to replicate the issue and I know for a fact they barely drove my truck. I was told they rotated the tires and the vibration went away which I didn’t bring my truck in for a tire vibration? So basically I was charged $145 for a tire rotation and my torque converter issues still exists. The 2 star rating is for the service department not sales or the detail shop. My truck was spotless when I picked it up thanks to Ryan at the detail shop! Also I’ve bought vehicles from this dealership and have been dealing with the sales department for several years they’re awesome as well! So if you are looking to buy a vehicle or get it detailed by meguires I would recommend going there for that but maybe look else where for mechanical work. More

Just mediocre. It's like Groundhog Day every 6 months. $1500 worth of service. Have to beg for a loaner. Very discouraging. They DO NOT top off fluids like they say they do and the employee swore up and down my Minnie Cooper had a reverse light out on the drivers side.
