Worst car shopping experience ever. Not only did the dealership lose a sale over $400 but the so called salesman Zak was a robot trained by shady upper management. Tried to scam me with the ole bait and switch in regards to the extended warranty we wanted to purchase. The executive, I believe Tim Maguire, didn't defend the actions of his salesman nor did he condemn them. So I believe buyer beware when shopping at the Maguire franchise. More

So far I have happy with the way I am treated as a person and not just a customer. I didn't feel pushed to buy the vehicle I purchased. Zak helped me get a car I’ve had on hold but hadn’t been delivered due to production issues. I’m about 2.5 hrs away.
