Took vehicle in several times for problem they couldn’t seem to fix. . Once they told me my fuel Pump went while there (NOT a problem before it went in and NOT the problem it was there for!!!)never called seem to fix. . Once they told me my fuel Pump went while there (NOT a problem before it went in and NOT the problem it was there for!!!)never called me to check what I wanted done just said they put in a different one - which squealed when vehicle started up:for the rest of the life of the vehicle. Interesting note- The fuel pump was covered by WARRANTY so they knew the would get paid billing for it without asking my permission- the last time I took vehicle in for the problem they couldn’t seem to fix - I placed something under tire to check if they were even moving/ working on vehicle each time I brought it in. Guess what - my vehicle was never moved from when I dropped it off to when picked it up- dishonest RIP OFF service dept. Have never been or going back there. I live just a few miles from this dealership and the next two Chevy vehicles I have bought on trade in were from 45 minutes away. -and worth the drive.. I took original vehicle to a small hole in the wall auto shop after I got disgusted with Maguires and that little business fixed the problem no fuss no muss. I can list several other acquaintances/ truck owners that won’t go near this service dept either. More

My poor mother who doesn’t know much about cars bought a lemon from these jerks and they would not help her fix the issues the car came with. Who sells a car with no radio in 2023?? Also one of the tires had a slow leak and they not only took weeks to get a new tire in but once she finally brought it all the way there to get it fixed and waited over an hour for it to be fixed because they supposedly have no loaner cars when they sell cars with issues, but when she drove away the abs and traction lights came right on and they “don’t know why” so she’s being forced to sit there for god knows how much longer. They also never told her they wouldn’t fix the radio and whatever else was wrong with it, they let her bring it all the way there thinking it was going to be fixed only to let her down in person. It’s a 40 minute drive there for my mother. This place is nasty. Buyers beware. They also refused her a refund on the car once these issues they refused to correct came to light, despite it being less than 30 days since she’s purchased the car. More

I went there to get my car checked out regarding the timing chain. I told them there already was a compression test done on the engine. After about a month I called them and they told me all they did was a compression test on the car. Something I already had done and it took me 10 minutes. They wasted a month of my time just to tell me they did what I already told them I had done to the vehicle. The lead or head mechanic was extremely nasty rude and mean on the phone. If you want to get yelled at and screwed then I recommend this place for you! More
