The work performed was good-but customer service was lacking-there was damage done to my vehicle and the GM blamed it partly on lack of training. They promised to call back to arrange repairs and did no lacking-there was damage done to my vehicle and the GM blamed it partly on lack of training. They promised to call back to arrange repairs and did not follow through, we had to call repeatedly to get any type of answer. They definitely do not communicate, the service writer, supervisor and GM all had a different resolution. More
