Austin was amazing and even drove hours away to deliver are new vehicle. The best experience ever and even answered every single question we had. My new car was clean and looked and smelled amazing. Great experience! I'm based in Syracuse and because of the distance, I was hoping for the buying process to be as streamlined as possible since I only had the opportun I'm based in Syracuse and because of the distance, I was hoping for the buying process to be as streamlined as possible since I only had the opportunity to travel out to the dealership once. Kathryn delivered! She was responsive, helpful and so easy to work with. The vehicle was great, drove well and she had all of the paperwork lined up so that I was able to take it same day.
