I was with my last dealership for as long as I've owned the last three cars from them I was really sad giving up my old car but the cons outweighed the pros for me and so I decided to come into maguire Hyu the last three cars from them I was really sad giving up my old car but the cons outweighed the pros for me and so I decided to come into maguire Hyundai, as I was so nervous about switching to a new place. As far as the experience with the dealer is what's being reviewed now, I need more time on the car itself for a review, which I will do down the road. Let's start by saying my sales rep Caity was the best person I've ever dealt with she was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and funny! She made the whole process so enjoyable instead of dreading. Unfortunately, the vehicle I chose was on their chevy lot so it made extra steps with the process but at least they were able to do the deal still and was fine with me. The finance guy introduced himself politely and he was a very charming kind young man. I was greeted when I first entered the building (Hyundai) and I was set up with another gentleman who just started out at their dealership so he was still training and I did not mind at all because it was like having two sales people for one person. He was also so polite I really enjoyed talking my ear off to both of them. I was offered a few options to test drive. I also like how I was given ample time to make a decision and not pressured or rushed into a contract and they also give a 30 day guarantee. The only thing I didn't like was how much they push the extended warranties my last dealer asked once about it of you say no they don't push any further. I'm not sure why they push so hard here about that, but that's literally the only thing I did not like about the whole process everything else was smooth and easy! More
